Property Management
The day to day costs of owning a property in Bulgaria start once you have
agreed the purchase and you will need someone to look after it in your absence.
Having your property maintained and kept secure is of great importance and we
can offer a service to give you that peace of mind.
For just a small fee of 50 Euros per month and 1 Euro per 2 km from Varna, we
will do a full inspection on the property and report back to you if and when any
work needs to be carried out. This service also includes us paying your utility bills
on your behalf. (The amount due will be expected on top of the next monthly
instalment)
If a gardener or cleaner is required, we can contact you with a price based on
the size of the house or garden and before any work is carried out.
It is strongly recommended that you insure your premises and contents, initially
this is your own responsibility, but we can ensure renewals are made on your
behalf if required.
If you have registered in Bulgaria as a business you will have to submit a tax
declaration every year. If this is not done you are liable to be fined over 1,000
Euros. Our accountant can undertake to do this for a small fee of 15 Euros.
